Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Maximum legal delivery timeline is 30 calendar days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, carrier delays, weather conditions, address issues, or other factors outside our control. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available via Colissimo/Chronopost. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, aligned with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (14-day unconditional withdrawal right). We offer a mandatory 14 calendar-day withdrawal period after delivery for eligible items, plus a 2-year legal conformity guarantee for all goods sold.
